This is why it’s so important that we all take the leap to learn about how we can take this into our own hands. During this challenge we’re going to walk through all the steps on how to improve gut health, and learn healthy habits to detox our bodies.
Did you know that 70% of your immune system lives in your gut microbiome? This makes it so important to keep our gut healthy and safe, along with detoxing our body every day.

I had this question myself, which is why I created this new Healthy Gut, Healthy You Challenge, to teach people how to take their gut health into their own hands.
