It’s that time of year again for hot drinks in cool weather!
When you need something warming, that supports your immune system, go light on your normal foods and guzzle these winter wellness hot drinks instead! Be prepared by having these ingredients on hand.
PrintWinter Wellness, Virus Busting Hot Drink #1
Ingredients
2 cups hot chicken broth
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 TB raw honey
Pinch garlic salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 drop essential oil immune blend (or lemon essential oil, tested grade)
Winter Wellness Hot Drink #2
In an 8 oz cup of hot water, add the following:

Two drops lemon essential oil, tested grade
Dropper full of elderberry extract
Raw honey or Stevia to taste
Winter Wellness Hot Drink #3
Ingredients
1 Quart pure, hot water
Pinch of cayenne powder or five drops of cayenne extract (I love this stuff)
Juice of one lemon or 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
Two drops lemon essential oil, tested grade
Shake of Stevia (optional)
